2 hour delayed start (10:20am) again for tomorrow, Friday, January 30. Follow same schedule you followed today. Vo-Tech morning student are excused from their classes per GPTC.
This is for tomorrow, Thursday, January 29:
School will start two hours late tomorrow. Instead of 8:20 AM, It will start at 10:20 AM.
Buses will run two hours late, meaning, if the bus picks you up at 7 AM normally, it will pick you up at 9 AM tomorrow.
If your student normally eats breakfast at school, a box of cereal and milk will be available for a light breakfast. Lunch will be served at the normal times.
Middle school and high school students should report to their 1st hour at 10:20 AM.
School will dismiss at normal time, 3:25 PM.

She did it! Elgin High School’s Melissa Evon just won Oklahoma Teacher of the Year! There are 43,000 public school teachers in our state from over 500 districts. Wow, what an honor, we are so proud of you Mrs. Evon!

Due to road closures in our district , school is closed today due to inclement weather today April 30th.
Announcement to the Elgin Community:
The 2nd grade building's gymnasium (located across the street from the High School Gym) is a storm shelter/safe room that is open to the public AFTER the school day ends at 3:30pm and on the weekends.
After school hours and on weekends, the gymnasium will be opened whenever the storm sirens are activated.
No pets/animals are ever allowed in the gymnasium.
